SALT SPEAKERS SERIES: Is More Environmentally Mindful Development Possible - A Developer's Perspective's
DESCRIPTION: Some places are so unique and special, a different kind of thinking about development is called for. Jason Barney is a developer and an owner of Circle G. Darrell Wilson is Managing Principal of Hilgart Wilson, and land planning and engineering firm. They have been working with community and open space stakeholders for several years on a project next to the San Tan Regional Park designed to prioritize natural spaces, habitat, terrain, and resources. Jason and Darrell will discuss the process and the economics behind this project and how these ideas can be helpful for development in other special places.
This session will continue the pursuit of retaining the open space vistas, environment and feel of the Superstition Foothills area!
